In order to secure health and safety of all people working for the KOA Group, we establish a system for continuous improvement regarding health and safety to make our workplace safe and comfortable.

1. We conduct risk assessment regarding health and safety, understand dangerous and harmful factors, and promote activities to reduce these risks which may result in workplace accidents in order to make our workplace safe and comfortable.
2. We observe applicable requirements specified by law as well as customer requirements, and promote health and safety activities based on the company regulations.
3. We practice self-management by patrol check to maintain and improve health and safety activities.
4. We publicize this health and safety policy within all people working for the KOA Group to enhance awareness of health and safety.
