Molded High-Voltage Thick-Film Divider with High Withstand Voltage and Guaranteed Relative Precision

KOA has launched a new high-voltage thick-film divider
MHVD rated for up to 1,500 V. Offering resistance values of up to 51 MΩ and 100:1 to 500:1 (Resistance ratio), it enables more accurate voltage division than series circuits of conventional series resistors.
It's ideally suited for applications such as battery systems in BEVs and PHEVs, as well as energy storage systems and power conditioners.
In addition, the growing adoption of generative AI is driving rapid demand for precise high-voltage monitoring in applications such as 800 V power distribution for AI servers. Conventional resistor-divider circuits often face challenges including increased mounting area, resistance-value variations, and performance degradation caused by parasitic impedance.
MHVD addresses these challenges by delivering both compact size and enhanced performance at a high level.
