KOA Corporation, through KOA Europe GmbH (Headquarters: State of Schleswig-Holstein; hereinafter referred to as “KEG”), its 100% subsidiary company, has passed a resolution to acquire an equity interest of VIA electronic GmbH (Headquarters: State of Thuringia, Germany; CEO: Franz Bechtold; hereinafter referred to as “VIA”).
